Genevieve Lu

Genevieve Lu is an accomplished HR and organizational development professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Board Advisor for 中磊電子 since May 2015, Genevieve also holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources & Organization Development at Sercomm, starting January 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at Yahoo!, where Genevieve was Sr. HR Director for various Asia Pacific regions and led initiatives that enhanced talent strategy and organizational effectiveness. Additional roles at Ericsson and Intel Taiwan contributed to expertise in leadership development and regional HR practices. Genevieve holds an MBA from the University of California, Riverside, and a BA in Business & Administrative Studies from Lewis & Clark College, complemented by an associate degree in International Trade from Ming Chuan University.
