Paul Mills is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate development and management across diverse markets, including the UAE, Asia, and Europe. Currently serving as CEO of Serdal Real Estate Development since December 2023 and CEO of PAN Advisory since February 2023, Paul Mills has previously held significant roles such as Chief Development Officer at BTSD and Head of Real Estate at WeWork China. With a strong background in strategic expansion, project management, and sustainability initiatives, Paul Mills has successfully led large-scale transactions and development projects for various organizations, including Citi and Cushman & Wakefield. Paul Mills holds an (Hons) Philosophy degree from The University of Sheffield.
