Rafael Valente is a seasoned design professional currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Serena Energy since November 2022. Previously, Rafael held the position of Head de Design e Produto at Mageda.Digital from May 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities included managing product journeys, facilitating workshops, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders to enhance user experience. Earlier experience includes roles as a User Experience Designer at Mageda.Digital, where Rafael conducted experiments and developed interfaces; an Analista de Criação at Brasil Brokers, overseeing design processes for various marketing materials; and a Criacao Intern at STB Student Travel Bureau, providing support for printed and digital assets. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic and Product Design from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM, as well as multiple certifications in User Experience and Product Management.
