Ian P.

Ian P. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ian started their career in the United States Air Force as a Weather Forecaster and served in that role from January 2002 to August 2009.

After their military service, Ian worked as an Operations Manager at Rosemary Beach Holdings from March 2010 to June 2011. Ian then joined Wyndham Destinations, where they held multiple roles, including Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, Community Association Manager, Area General Manager, and Executive General Manager. During their time at Wyndham Destinations, Ian managed properties, implemented risk mitigation strategies, coordinated with homeowners and external agencies, and achieved significant cost savings and revenue generation.

Ian went on to become the President & CEO of Village Realty from September 2017 to April 2019. In this role, they directed the operations of two companies with 600 rental units and transformed the small family-owned business into a recognized fastest-growing private company.

In 2019, Ian took on the position of Chief Operating Officer at Focus Universal. Ian led overall business management activities, developed strategies, implemented policies, and achieved operational efficiency and increased revenue streams for the organization.

Ian's career continued with roles such as Senior Vice President Operations at Highgate from October 2021 to April 2022, Founder of FORGE since April 2022, Member of the Board of Directors at Dallas Warriors Hockey since December 2022, and Member of the Board of Directors at Operation Recovery since September 2021.

Currently, they hold the role of Vice President at Serendipity Labs starting from January 2023.
