Palvi Dodhia

Palvi Dodhia is a co-founder, COO, and Director of Serene Care Ltd, leading the operational turnaround of multiple care homes, including the Rugby Care Centre and The Gables Retirement Home, both of which achieved significant occupancy increases and positive CQC ratings under Palvi's management. In addition to ongoing roles at various care homes, Palvi serves as an advisory member for Care Vision and co-chairs the People Plan for Social Care with the Institute of Health & Social Care Management. A co-founder of DODHIA CAPITAL LIMITED, Palvi has a strong background in business finance, enhanced by ongoing education in executive leadership from the University of Oxford and previous experience as an operations specialist at Barclays Investment Bank.
