Since leaving IFC in late 2011, Jyrki Koskelo has served as a professional Senior Advisor and a member of several Supervisory Boards and Investment Committees in Africa, Middle East and Central Europe. He focuses on situations which include financial inclusion, challenges in agri value chains and renewable energy; promoting scalable models and high impact situations. He is currently acting as a Board member in AATIF ( Africa Agriculture Trade and Investment Fund), a KfW / EU sponsored innovative agri fund, in Gulf Marine Services, an off shore service company supporting renewable energy in the North Sea and off shore gas in the Gulf, in FIBank, the largest Bulgarian owned universal bank with focus on digital platforms. He is also acting as senior advisor in Tramigo, a leader in African telematics and mobility management space, in Sofala Partners, a risk advisory firm enabling investments to Africa and supporting several ex IFC alumni working in advancing private sector solutions for Africa.
