Yves De Ridder

Yves De Ridder has a diverse work experience spanning several years and industries. Yves co-founded and developed Sereni Deutschland GmbH in 2020, and also founded and served as managing partner for KBB Knight Business Builders in the same year. Prior to these ventures, Yves worked as the managing director for Etanco Benelux from 2016 to 2019. Yves also held the position of head of architecture and building at Outokumpu from 2015 to 2016. Before that, Yves worked as chief senior manager at Thor Industriemontagen from 2013 to 2015. Yves has an extensive background in strategic planning and development, having served as the strategic planning and development director for CRH from 2009 to 2013, and as development director from 2006 to 2008. Yves also has experience as the general manager at Kingspan NV in 2005 and as the sales manager/general manager at Trelleborg Group from 1994 to 2005.

Yves De Ridder completed their M.A. in Social Sciences from KU Leuven from 1986 to 1990. Yves then pursued a Certificate in Financial & Management Accounting from the University of Antwerp from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 to 2003, Yves attended the University of Birmingham and earned an Executive MBA with a focus on Finance & Strategy. In 2018, Yves enrolled in Vlerick Business School, although the specific degree and field of study are not provided.
