Ettore Penazzato

Ettore Penazzato has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Ettore currently serves as the COO at Serenis. Prior to that, they worked at Danone, where they held the positions of Global Plant Based Strategy & Asset Optimization Director and Strategy Director. Before joining Danone, Ettore worked at A.T. Kearney as a Manager, where they contributed to transformation projects, M&A assessments, growth strategies, and market strategic assessments for clients in the beauty & cosmetics, food & beverage, and media & sports sectors. Ettore also gained experience at L'Oréal as a Project Manager and Junior Product Manager, and at PSA Peugeot Citroën as an External Consultant. Ettore started their career with an internship at Sinedi Consulting.
