Theresa Reilly

Theresa Reilly is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in hospice and wellness care. Since January 2015, Theresa has served as the Hospice Clinical Director at Serenity Hospice Care, demonstrating strong leadership in end-of-life care. Previous roles include Wellness Director at CareOne Hamilton and CareOne Harmony Village, as well as Hospice Nurse at Moorestown VNA and hospice, and Nurse at Genesis HealthCare.
