Mae Simon-Mull

Mae joined Serenity Lane as HR Director in 2021. She has over 15 years of experience working in leadership roles. She has worked in multiple non-profits and for-profit organizations. However, working for a non-profit with a mission that changes lives is her passion. Mae is solutions-driven and thoroughly enjoys Training and Development. She is a strong advocate of Continuous Improvement and Total Quality Management and has been the President of Human Resources Association of Central California, and also President of International Personnel Management Association in Central California. Mae has been a member of Rotary for many years and was the President of Sunset Rotary Davis California 2019 to 2020.
