Randy Engman

Randy Engman is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the packaging and paper industries. Currently serving as a Senior Executive at Serenity Packaging Corporation since April 2020, Randy previously held the position of Account Manager at KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation from 2013 to April 2020, where significant sales growth was achieved, driving territory sales to over $12 million. Prior roles include Business Development Manager at Great Northern Corporation, where Randy led new account development and strategic sales initiatives, and Senior Sales Representative at International Paper, contributing over $10 million in revenue.
