Dhruv Singh Chandel

Dhruv Singh Chandel is a seasoned professional in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (QHSE), currently serving as Manager QHSE at Serentica Renewables since November 2023. Prior to this role, Dhruv worked at ReNew as Assistant Manager and State QHSE Head for Wind Projects, overseeing HSE implementation across projects in Maharashtra and managing contractor safety. Dhruv also held the position of Assistant Manager-EHS at Tata Projects, leading safety efforts on the New Parliament building project, coordinating subcontractors, and conducting incident investigations. During tenure at Shapoorji Pallonji And Company Private Limited, Dhruv operated as HSE & Fire Engineer, focusing on risk assessment and compliance with HSE regulations, and initially served as a Graduate Engineering Trainee. Dhruv's career began with a role as a Fire and Safety Trainee at Indian Oil Corp Limited, ensuring the effectiveness of firefighting systems at their Vadodara Refinery. Dhruv holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Fire Prevention and Safety Technology from IPS Academy, Indore, obtained in 2018.
