Jeff Smoak has extensive experience in environmental engineering and federal programs, currently serving in the Federal Programs division at SERES ENGINEERING & SERVICES LLC since July 2018. Previously, Jeff held the position of Principal at ADVENT Environmental, Inc. from 1992 to 2012, and served as a Senior Engineer at ERM: Environmental Resources Management from 2003 to 2005. Earlier in Jeff's career, a role as Senior Engineer and Principal was held at Law Environmental, Inc. from 1991 to 1992, demonstrating a strong background in both leadership and technical expertise in environmental services.
