Sylvain Portais

Sylvain Portais currently serves as the Responsable pôle Sûreté de Fonctionnement Ferroviaire at Seres Technologies - Groupe Gorgé since October 2018. Prior to this role, Sylvain held the position of Responsable pôle ferroviaire at SECTOR.sa from November 2006 to October 2018, overseeing the RAM SECTOR competence center at Alstom Villeurbanne and managing various SECTOR activities on Alstom sites. Sylvain's expertise includes consultancy in Sûreté de fonctionnement for major clients such as ALSTOM and BOMBARDIER, focusing on project reliability monitoring and implementing processes like FRACAS for new train models. Sylvain holds an engineering degree from Ecole nationale supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Bourges and completed a Bac S at Lycée privé Saint Martin in Angers.
