Meghan Chafee

Group Leader, R&d Clinical Microbiome Discovery at Seres Therapeutics

Meghan Chafee is currently the Group Leader at Seres Therapeutics, leading a computational analysis team supporting clinical trial execution. Prior to their role at Seres Therapeutics, Meghan worked as a Senior Scientist at the Max Planck Institute for Marine Microbiology and as a Research Assistant at the Marine Biological Laboratory, Vanderbilt University, and UNC Wilmington. Meghan holds a PhD in Marine Microbiology from the Max Planck Institute for Marine Microbiology, a Master of Science in Marine Sciences from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from the College of Charleston.
