My Salling

My Salling has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Sergel Group since March 2023. Prior to this role, My Salling worked as HR-chef at MODIGO from January 2020 to March 2023, overseeing HR functions at both Modigo and ADHD Care. My Salling's previous experience includes HR Manager at Sortera Group AB, where organizational growth was achieved, with revenue increasing from 200 million to approximately 1 billion and a workforce expansion to 340 employees. Additional roles include Scandinavian HR Business Partner and HR Specialist at OKQ8, HR-partner and Enhetschef at Keolis Sverige AB, and various positions in recruitment and project management at Proffice and Nuvab. My Salling holds a Bachelor's degree in Personal- och arbetslivsfrågor from Örebro University and has pursued additional education at multiple institutions.
