As Operations Manager for the Thurber Team, Evelyn also fosters teamwide productivity and growth by overseeing backend protocols, collaborating on social media content, setting up open houses and showings, and providing meticulous administrative support for board packages, property comps, and more. She got her start in the industry in rental property management, familiarizing herself with apartments and larger homes. She has worked with investors who flipped homes in Salt Lake City, UT and has experience with commercial properties in Manhattan, NY. Her clients appreciate her personable disposition, work ethic, and round-the-clock availability to answer questions or talk through different scenarios. She loves being able to help people find their dream homes or get the most value for homes they own.

Evelyn grew up in Salt Lake City, UT and currently lives on Staten Island. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants and coffee shops, going to the beach, taking long walks, and keeping her house organized and tidy. She is also involved with Eden II Programs, a nonprofit organization that supports children and adults with Autism.
