Leonardo Schmidtke has extensive experience in leadership and strategic management, currently serving as CEO of Serilon since November 2006, focusing on sustainable results and innovation. Previously, Leonardo held the position of Marketing and Sales Director, where responsibilities included strategic planning, marketing, sales, CRM, and developing high-performance teams. Prior to Serilon, Leonardo was the Commercial Director at Plastilit Produtos Plásticos do Paraná from January 1997 to February 2004. Leonardo holds an MBA in Advanced Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, completed between 2003 and 2004.
