Chantelle Labrecque

Chantelle Labrecque has extensive work experience spanning several companies. Chantelle began their career at Eriks Industrial Services Canada (formerly Goodall) in 2012, where they served as the National Human Resources Manager. In this role, Chantelle was responsible for various HR functions such as change management, training and development, recruitment, and compensation. Chantelle provided advisory support to 17 locations across Canada, managing a workforce of over 250 employees. In 2015, Chantelle joined Powell Canada Inc. as the Head of Human Resources and Director of Operations. Chantelle held this position for four years until 2019. Finally, Chantelle currently works at Serious Labs Inc. Since joining the company in 2019, they have held the roles of Director of Administration (Finance, Accounting, HR, and IT) and Senior Director of Corporate Services.

Chantelle Labrecque's education history includes a range of qualifications and certifications. In 2007 to 2012, they attended NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) and earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management. Subsequently, they pursued further education and received an Executive Coaching Certification from the Institute of Organizational Development in 2017. In 2018, Chantelle obtained a Change Management Certificate from Prosci. Chantelle then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ENEB University, completing it in 2020. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership from LinkedIn in March 2019 and Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself from LinkedIn in November 2018.
