Currently serving as the Network Operations Manager and previously as a Program Associate at SeriousFun Children's Network, Olga has also held positions such as Director North-East at Apex Social, Programs Coordinator at STEM Alliance, and Project Manager at the German American Partnership Program. With extensive experience in relationship building, strategic planning, and program execution, Olga has worked across various organizations, including educational institutions and non-profits. Olga holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature, Political Science, and History from the University of Cologne and has contributed to initiatives aimed at bridging digital divides and enhancing equity in education.

SeriousFun Children's Network, founded by actor and philanthropist Paul Newman, is a global community of 30 independently managed and financed camps and programs serving children with serious illnesses and their families – always free of charge. The purposefully designed programs foster independence, resilience and personal growth, helping children to see beyond the limits of their medical conditions and experience all that life has to offer. Since 1988, the Network has served more than 864,000 children and family members worldwide.
