Stijn van Elslande

Stijn Van Elslande is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in interim management, consultancy, and project support. Since March 2017, Stijn has operated as the Owner and Freelance HR Manager at TalentMind, focusing on HR management, project and process management, HRIS, and talent management. Current projects include serving as the Global Talent Manager for Oleon while also taking on the role of Freelance HRIS Project Manager at SERIS. Previous experience spans various companies, including positions as Freelance HR Manager EMEA & APAC at Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems and Freelance HR Business Partner at TVH, with a strong emphasis on talent management and HRIS implementations. Stijn holds a Master's degree in Criminology from Ghent University and has completed various additional training programs in HR and business management.
