Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic body and environmental care products. In addition, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owner/manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and a university lecturer in Applied Mathematics to Nutrition and History of Food from August 2016 to August 2017.
