Jonas Fjellman

Jonas Fjellman has been working in Human Resources for over 10 years. Jonas started their career as an HR Manager at Transas Marine International AB, where they were responsible for setting up the HR department, implementing HR processes and policies, and contributing to the restructuring of the organization. Jonas then moved to IAC Group, where they were HR Director for Europe. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating HR operationally, strategically and financially between the plants, and was part of the Divisional Leadership Team and the European HR Core Team. In October 2017, they became Head of Human Resources at SERNEKE.

Jonas Fjellman has a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Gothenburg.
