Matthew Burton

Matthew Burton began their work experience in 2005 at BDO LLP, where they served as an Audit Manager until 2012. Matthew then worked at Vodafone as a Finance Operations Accountant for six months before joining Zodiac Aerospace as a Financial Controller. In 2014, they became the Group Financial Controller & Future Publishing Limited Director at Future plc.

In 2015, Burton joined Hodge as the Head of Finance, later becoming the Managing Director for Mortgages and then the Executive Director & Deputy CEO. Concurrently, they served as a Non Executive Director at the Equity Release Council from 2020 to 2022.

In 2020, Burton became a Board Trustee for The Aloud Charity. Matthew is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Sero, starting in 2023 and also holds the position of Non Executive Director at Sero since 2021.
