Catello Somma

Catello Somma is a seasoned professional in the life sciences and venture capital sectors, currently serving as a Partner at Seroba since January 2024. Prior to this role, Catello worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Project Metis, where responsibilities included fund modeling, budget management, and LP engagement. Catello has also held multiple board observer positions at ImmunoRx Pharma, Sarkana Pharma Inc., and T7 Therapeutics. As an Associate at TVM Capital Life Science from January 2020 to June 2023, Catello contributed to one of the leading transatlantic venture capital firms. Additional experience includes serving as a Judge and Mentor at MassChallenge and co-founding a successful biotech startup focused on ALK 5 inhibitors. Catello's academic background includes an MBA in Finance from MIP Politecnico di Milano and a biology degree from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
