Andre Hagemeier

Andre Hagemeier has an extensive work experience history, starting as an IT Specialist at IBM in 2010. Andre then moved on to become a Senior Software Architect and later a Principal Engineer, leading large development teams. In 2018, they joined Wayfair as an Associate Director, where they built and grew the Development Platforms team. In 2021, they transitioned to Adjust as the VP of Software Engineering, overseeing significant growth initiatives and remote working practices. Currently, Andre serves as the SVP of Cloud Engineering at Serrala, leading the transformation of the engineering organization to a cloud-first approach with a diverse development team. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on team leadership, strategic growth, and technical innovation.

From 2007 to 2010, Andre Hagemeier attended Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik.
