Drew Perry

Drew Perry has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Drew is currently employed as the Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Treasurer for the Board of Directors at KENTUCKY CANCERLINK, INC starting from January 2023. Drew was also a part of the Evanta Ohio Governing Body at Evanta, a Gartner Company from June 2022.

Before these roles, Drew held multiple positions at Valvoline Inc. Drew was the Chief Information Security Officer from June 2019 to September 2022, where they developed and implemented global information security strategies and policies. Drew also served as the Global Manager of IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance from October 2014 to June 2019, focusing on meeting IT compliance regulations and establishing performance metrics.

Prior to their time at Valvoline, Drew had served as a Senior IT Auditor at Ashland Inc. from August 2013 to October 2014, where they conducted audits and reviewed IT controls. Drew also has experience working at Murray State University, where they held various roles including Adjunct Faculty, Security Analyst, Network Analyst, and Wireless Network Engineer. During their time at the university, they taught IT courses, analyzed information security issues, and managed the university's network infrastructure and security.

Drew's early career includes the role of IT Systems Administrator at Automated Direct Mail from January 2004 to October 2005. Overall, Drew Perry's work experience showcases their expertise and leadership in the field of information security and IT governance.

Drew Perry holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Systems Management from Murray State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in the same field from the same institution. In addition, Drew has obtained numerous certifications in various areas such as information security, privacy protection, risk management, and enterprise IT governance from reputable institutions including ISACA, (ISC)2, and CompTIA.
