Marvin Thomas has extensive experience in manufacturing and IT analysis, currently serving as a Senior MES IT Analyst at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC since September 2016, where responsibilities include supporting MES applications, participating in the Software Development Life Cycle, and overseeing change management processes. Prior roles include MES Analyst at Brooksource and Production Manager at Gerresheimer, along with significant positions at Johnson & Johnson, where Marvin managed the Optical Tooling department and implemented MES systems. Additional experience includes operations management roles at Remington Medical Inc. and CIBA Vision, contributing to production and quality assurance across multiple facilities.
