Matt Neils

Matt Neils has a diverse work experience. Matt started their career at American Solar in 2010, where they held various roles such as Retrofit Solutions Associate, Home Builder Solutions Associate, and Customer Solutions Manager. In 2014, they joined Serta as a Contract Sales Representative and worked there until 2018. Matt then moved to Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, where they took on roles such as Strategic Business Manager, Director of Sales, and currently serves as the Senior Director of Sales.

Matt Neils attended the University of North Carolina Asheville from 2000 to 2002. Matt then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Arizona State University from 2002 to 2007.
