Nichelle Stephens-Smith

Nichelle Stephens-Smith serves as the Director of PMO and Organizational Change Management at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC since November 2020. Prior experience includes roles as ServiceNow Product Manager at EY from March 2019 to November 2020, IT Manager at KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools from March 2018 to February 2019, and IT Senior Manager at both Cox Enterprises from October 2007 to December 2017 and EarthLink Municipal Networks from June 2004 to September 2007. Nichelle began a career as an IT Consultant at Accenture from August 1999 to June 2004. Academically, Nichelle holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Spelman College.
