Scott Bolle

Scott Bolle has had extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles in the retail industry. Scott is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of National Account Sales at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at SharkNinja as the Vice President and Team Lead for Walmart and Sam's Club from 2016 to 2020. Before that, they were employed at LG Electronics as the Team Lead for Walmart and Sam's Club from 2015 to 2016. Bolle also spent a significant portion of their career at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, where they held multiple roles including Vice President and Team Lead for Walmart and Sam's Club from 2011 to 2014, Vice President of Sales (Channel) from 2006 to 2011, Director of Sales Planning & Communication from 2004 to 2006, and Business Development Manager for the Walmart and Sam's Club team from 2000 to 2004. Scott started their career at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company as a Territory Sales Manager from 1995 to 1999. Throughout their career, Bolle has demonstrated strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
