Neil Bayliss

Neil Bayliss is an experienced Engineering Manager with a robust background in various engineering roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Sertec Group Ltd since December 2017, Neil previously held positions such as Engineering Manager at Stadco Limited and Operations Manager at Hewmor Products Ltd. Prior to these roles, Neil worked at Gestamp as Manufacturing and Engineering Manager, and has significant experience as Technical Director at both Coventry Press Ltd and Jenks and Cattell Ltd. Neil's career began at Wilkins and Mitchell Ltd as a Design Engineer, and over the years includes positions focused on New Product Introduction (NPI) and process engineering within the automotive sector. Neil holds a first-class Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the University of Wolverhampton.
