Operations Team

The Operations Team at Sertec Group oversees the efficiency and productivity of the company's manufacturing sites in the Midlands UK and its tooling operation in China. Led by the Group Operations Director and including the Head Of SASB Operations and the Logistics Manager, the team ensures optimal production processes, coordinates logistics, and streamlines operations across all locations.
