Ajey Kaushal

Ajey Kaushal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and consulting within the real estate and technology sectors. Currently serving as Principal at JLL Spark since January 2022, Ajey also holds various roles including Venture Board Member at the Center for Real Estate Technology & Innovation, Board Observer at ALICE Technologies Inc. and Re-Leased, and Board Member at Sertis (MGA). As an Investor and Board Observer at qbiq since May 2023, Ajey is actively engaged in early-stage startups and mentoring through a position on the Board of Directors at UCLA Anderson School of Management, where Ajey also serves as a Business Creation Option Mentor. Previous roles include Chief of Staff to the CEO at PLG Ventures and Management Consultant at HealthScape Advisors. Ajey holds an MBA in Technology Management & Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
