Daniel Patterson has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Manager at First Insurance Company of Hawaii since October 2016. Prior to this role, Daniel held various positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 1996 to 2016, including Claims Manager and Team Manager, while also enhancing operations as the Team Director. Earlier experience includes serving as a Licensed General Adjuster at GAB Robins North America, Inc., and a Paralegal in a law office. Alongside professional commitments, Daniel has volunteered as Treasurer for the Honolulu Sertoma Club since 2009, contributing to community service initiatives. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Boston University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Senior Claims Law Associate designation.

Members actively seek out solutions to problems in their communities, creating better places to live for all. Nationally, Sertoma's focus is on assisting more than 50 million people with hearing-related issues and educating the public on the issues surrounding hearing health. In order to achieve these goals, Sertoma has undertaken a multi-faceted approach by launching programs that address both the treatment and prevention aspects of hearing health. Many of the clubs in the 35+ states we serve play an active role in our hearing health mission.
