Amol Phasge

Amol Phasge is an experienced professional in the field of microbiology with a strong background in biopharmaceutical and agricultural biotechnology. Currently serving as an Executive Officer at Serum Institute of India Pvt. Ltd. since June 2020, Amol has previously held managerial and executive roles at Panacea Biotec and CHIRON BEHRING VACCINES PRIVATE LIMITED, respectively. Key responsibilities include cell culture processes, aseptic media preparation, and quality management system activities. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Research Associate at Zytex, where Amol focused on microbiology aspects and optimization of industrially important bacterial strains, and as a Microbiologist at Praj Industries, specializing in fermentation processes.
