Ltd. santosh previously served as the Head of Quality Assurance at Baxter International Inc., where they led cultural transformation and compliance efforts. Santosh also worked at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as the Plant Manager for Sterile Operations and as the Associate Director & Head of DP QA. Prior to that, they held roles at Biocon as an Associate Manager and Deputy Manager in Quality Assurance. santosh started their career at Serum Institute of India Pvt. Ltd. as an Officer. Santosh Suman pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biotechnology from 2005 to 2012 at Lalit Narayan Mithila University in Darbhanga.
