Vikas Godbole

Vikas Godbole is an experienced Executive Officer at Serum Institute of India Pvt. Ltd., specializing in downstream processing of recombinant proteins and vaccines, with expertise in chromatography and filtration operations. Since August 2016, Vikas has demonstrated a broad range of capabilities from process development to cGMP manufacturing, including hands-on experience with various chromatography techniques at a scale of 250L. Prior to this role, Vikas served as a Project Assistant at National Chemical Laboratories, Inc., working on the insertional inactivation of the FAS-I gene in Plasmodium falciparum using the CRISPR-Cas9 technique. Vikas holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry from Fergusson College and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Progressive Educational Society's Modern College of Arts, Science & Commerce.
