Melissa Peak

Melissa Peak is currently the Vice President of Growth at Servant and the Founder/CEO of The CEO Project LLC, where Melissa serves as a Fractional Chief Growth Officer, Revenue Officer, and Strategy Officer. Previously, Melissa worked as the Head of Enterprise Skill Transformation for the Americas Region at Amazon Web Services, and as the Global Lead of the Workforce Development Team at Talent Path. With a background in strategic partnerships and business growth, Melissa has also held roles at Pearson and Apollo Education Group. Melissa holds an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as degrees in Community Health, Media Engagement, MBA in Global Management, and a Bachelor of Science in English Literature.
