Chris Taylor

Chris Taylor currently serves as President and CEO of Servantex, a company specializing in national workforce management and BPO solutions, since October 2020. Taylor's extensive experience includes roles as Managing Director for Grab in the Philippines and Global Head of Service Quality at Uber, where oversight of Boston and New England operations was managed. Additional leadership positions include participation on the Board of Directors for Arradiance, LLC and Covesion Ltd., and a role as Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Economics from Northwestern University.
