Bryan Crofford

Bryan Crofford has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Bryan is currently working as the SVP, People (HR & Talent Acquisition) at Servbank since January 2021. Previously, Bryan held the position of Director, People at Degenkolb Engineers from June 2019 to January 2021. Bryan also worked at The Money Source Inc. as the Director, People (HR) from December 2016 to June 2019, and rejoined the company in 2021. Bryan's experience includes a role as the People (HR) Manager at The New Home Company Inc. in 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources and HR Manager at Borrego Solar Systems from 2015 to 2016. Bryan started their career as an HR Generalist (Senior HR Staff) at Lionakis from 2010 to 2015. Bryan also has experience as an Executive Team Leader at Target and as a Human Resources Assistant at Associated Students of CSU Chico.

Bryan Crofford holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in HR and a minor in Project Management from California State University, Chico. Bryan also obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in 2016.
