Chad Murrison is currently the AVP of Loss Mitigation at Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC, where they manage all aspects of underwriting, auditing, and document production within the loss mitigation process. With over 20 years of diverse experience in the mortgage servicing and credit industries, Chad has held various managerial roles, focusing on compliance, vendor management, and process improvement. They have also served as a Business Manager at Security Capital Funding Corporation and owned Murrison Graphics. Chad earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Kansas State University.
