Amy Hickman

Amy Hickman serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Melbourne College of Further Education since January 2018, overseeing its role as the lead division of iAscend Polytechnic, RTO 21340. In addition, Amy holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Hunters and Disciples, a cafe and restaurant in West Melbourne, which provides valuable work experience for students. Since June 2011, Amy has been the Director and CEO of Serve It Up, focusing on hospitality training and customized training packages. Previous experience includes managing programs at The Meridian International Hotel School from January 2007 to May 2009 and serving as Concept Manager at Village Cinemas from February 2004 to February 2006. Academic credentials include an MBA from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Management from RMIT, alongside various certifications in hospitality and retail management.
