Anthony Cowley

Anthony Cowley is a staff engineer at Serve Robotics since September 2021. Prior to that, Anthony worked at the University of Pennsylvania from 2002 to 2021, where Anthony was a PhD student at the GRASP Laboratory and later a Research Associate. Anthony holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
