Keijiro Ikebe has extensive experience in product design and user experience (UX) in various industries. Keijiro currently serves as the Principal Product Designer / UX Lead at Serve Robotics since October 2021.

Prior to that, Keijiro worked at Ford Motor Company from January 2019 to October 2021 as the Lead Product Designer - Autonomous Vehicle. Keijiro was responsible for defining the end-to-end in-cabin digital experience for ride-hail autonomous vehicles. Keijiro also led the parallel UX design effort for multiple self-driving vehicles, including a pilot program vehicle launched on the Lyft ride-hail network.

Before Ford, Keijiro worked at BYTON from May 2018 to January 2019 as the Lead UX Designer. Keijiro led the UX design effort for the BYTON premium smart electric vehicle featuring a 48" screen and defined the global interaction pattern for the BYTON M-Byte.

From February 2016 to May 2018, Keijiro served as a Staff Digital Product Designer at Polaris Industries. Keijiro also worked at Intuit as a Senior UI/UX Designer from May 2015 to February 2016.

Early in their career, Keijiro gained valuable experience at companies such as Tesla, Electronic Arts, Yahoo!, Homestead Technologies, and PalmSource. At Tesla (March 2012 to February 2014), they designed multiple apps and system features for the first-generation Tesla Model S, refactored the Tesla infotainment system UI elements, and established a design library. At PalmSource (March 2004 to July 2006), they led the complete redesign of the company website and defined the corporate and visual identity.
