Miles Gong

Miles Gong has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Miles started their career in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant at Lopez and Kwok Accountancy Corporation, where they handled various administrative tasks and facilitated office organization. In 2019, Miles worked as a Student Assistant at California State University, Long Beach Graduate Business Career Services, researching and identifying career opportunities for graduate business students and maintaining the organization's website.

In 2020, they joined Dogtra as an Ecommerce Specialist, managing an Amazon Seller Central account, optimizing fulfillment processes, and tracking sales metrics.

Since 2021, Miles has been employed at Serve Robotics, where they have held multiple roles. As an Operations Associate, they managed the operations, deployment, and development of an autonomous food delivery robot fleet, created standard operating procedures, and provided quality assurance support. Miles later became an Operations Coordinator and is currently serving as an Operations Supervisor, overseeing the operational aspects of the company.

Miles Gong pursued their education at California State University, Long Beach. From 2015 to 2019, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing. Following this, from 2019 to 2020, they furthered their education at the same institution and achieved a Master of Science (MS) degree in Marketing Analytics. Additionally, in November 2019, Miles Gong earned a Google Search Ads Certification from Google.
