Alex Sevilla

Alex Sevilla, Ed.D., currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Serve2Perform, where leadership responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies and bespoke leadership programs aimed at enhancing career progression and economic mobility within various corporations. In addition, Sevilla is the Founding Head of Impact at DriveX Labs, focusing on higher education strategy and innovation. As a Board Member at Junior Achievement USA and the Vice Provost for Career Advancement & Engagement at Vanderbilt University, Sevilla leads initiatives to improve career outcomes for students while overseeing the Vanderbilt Career Center. Previous roles include Associate Dean at the University of Florida’s Heavener School of Business, where Sevilla managed strategic initiatives, operations, and corporate partnerships. Sevilla’s extensive experience in academia is underpinned by advanced degrees in Organizational Leadership, Marketing, and Human Resource Management from Pepperdine University and the University of Miami.
