Shilpa Behl

Shilpa Behl has been working in the Human Resources field since 2009. Shilpa began their career at PROLINK ENGINEERS as an HR Specialist, where they were responsible for in-house recruitment of trainees, acquiring requisite talents, and arranging staff conferences. In 2013, they joined Techgene Solutions as an HR Specialist, providing administrative service for employees with regards to work permits, visas, and LCA, as well as maintaining visa process/immigration files and relevant sections of the Company portal. Since 2016, they have been working at Server Management Services LLC as an Account Manager, responsible for full life cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, qualifying and placement of candidates for contract and contract-to-hire positions, and establishing strong relations with Account Managers to understand their hiring strategy and recruitment needs.

Shilpa Behl completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources and Finance from the New Delhi Institute of Management in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Manav Rachna Educational Institutions in 2007. Shilpa also attended DAV but did not receive any degree.
