Karthik Uppal is an experienced People and Culture Consultant at Servian since August 2021, where responsibilities include facilitating learning sessions, managing performance reviews, onboarding new hires, and developing employee wellness programs. Karthik also plays a pivotal role in employer branding and enhancing employee engagement, particularly in remote environments, while addressing employee relations in collaboration with management. Prior to this, Karthik founded Pen Paper Inc. and held creative roles at DDB Mudra Group, Interactive Bees, and Webenza India Pvt. Ltd., contributing to various notable brands. Karthik holds a Bachelor's in Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Maharaja Agrasen Institute Of Technology, completed in 2016.
