Kaytlin E. is an experienced instructional designer and trainer with a strong background in public health and education. Currently serving as Instructional Designer and Training Services Manager at Service Alternatives, Kaytlin manages nationwide deescalation training services. Previous roles include Program Supervisor and Instructional Designer at Therapy Abroad, where a Public Health and Cultural Humility curriculum was developed, and University Lecturer at Boston University, teaching various global health courses while also advising and supervising numerous students. Additional experiences encompass faculty supervision with Global Brigades, social justice consulting for the City of Framingham, and development coordination at Boston Partners in Education, alongside research assistance at Harvard's Program in Global Surgery and Social Change. Kaytlin holds a Master of Public Health in Global Health from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Global Health Studies from Mercer University.
